Melanie brings 20 years of experience to her work in health literacy intervention co-design, qualitative health services research, and questionnaire development and testing.
Richard and Melanie also co-lead Work Package 6 Health Literacy and Awareness within the EU Commission’s Joint Action on Heart Disease and Diabetes (JACARDI). The WP6 program is implementing the Ophelia process in 24 projects across 13 European countries.
